💬 How do I order?

There are two ways to order:

  1. Shop semi-custom acrylic signage directly through our website

  2. Enquire for custom designs or other materials via our enquiry form, email, or Instagram DM

The more info you can give us — like event date, signage needs, inspo or vibe — the better!


🛍 What signage do you offer?

We create signage for:
– Weddings & events
– Welcome signs, bar menus, table signs, place cards, seating charts & more


🎨 What materials do you offer?

Our website currently offers acrylic signage only, but we also offer:
Fabric signs (cotton/linen with heat transfer vinyl)
Foam board/corflute (a lightweight, budget-friendly option)

If you’re interested in fabric or foam board, please enquire directly via form, email or DM so we can quote and guide you.


📍 Where are you located?

We’re based in Hobart, Tasmania, and frequently deliver to Launceston too. Local pickup or delivery can be arranged — just reach out via DM or email, as the website doesn’t support local options yet.


⏳ What’s your turnaround time?

Turnaround is approximately 4 weeks from the time of full payment AND design approval.
We don’t begin production until both are complete — so please factor that into your timeline.

Rush orders may be possible, just ask!


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
– Credit/Debit Card
– PayPal
– AfterPay


🔐 Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — if you’re booking via DM, email or enquiry form, a deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule.


🚚 Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

Shipping fees are set by us to be as fair and affordable as possible for our customers. This means the shipping cost you pay may be less than the full price charged by Australia Post, we often subsidise the difference to save you money!

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and location and will be shown at checkout or communicated during the quoting process.

📦 We do not currently ship internationally.


🔁 Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes can only be made before production starts. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP.


💭 What’s your refund & returns policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our end.
